THE POSSIBLE BENEFIT OF COPPER
Witness the wonderful copper cups that we have bought, The healing powers of copper have been used since time immemorial and I know they claim copper bangles reduce symptoms of rheumatism.
I bought these two cups because a friend of mine said that if you drank water from copper containers it tastes better than from enamel or other containers.
We have an energy charger which is a bit like a small plate and the idea is that you leave water in a cup standing for about 10 minutes, the device charges it up and you drink it and reap the benefit.
With my pendulum I found that the energy before charging was 5 out of 10 and then after charging it was 10 out of 10. It’s a bit naive to say that it was charged with energy as we know so little about the quantum effects of energy but I’m not talking about joules on the physical plane, I’m talking about the other levels of reality about which we know very little.

USEFUL SOUND BITE ABOUT BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF
Just to pass on a fragment of a talk via a site called dissident7.com
This sounds a little bit funny but really the strongest way you can express compassion in your life for yourself and for others – on a certain level – is to not care what other people think of you because you are you. They’re not living your life you are.
Also by not being your full self you’re depriving your family of an opportunity to see who you actually are. Why would you take away from them the gift of your true being? Why would you deprive the world of the gift you have to give by not being who you truly are?
There are people waiting to share things with you but they can’t find you because you’re not being yourself. So in order to really be bold in life, decide what works for you, decide what does not work for you, and move forward not because I said so because that’s what you really prefer. (or will learn to prefer over time – Ed.).
GOOD NEWSLETTER DESIGN
Apropos of nothing, I receive hundreds of emails each day many of which contain newsletters. I enclose this from the American Museum near Bath as a good example. I like the images I like the weight of the whole thing that I think the paragraphs are a little bit long and I like the less is more philosophy.
THE VALUE OF SOCIAL MEDIA
I’m old-fashioned and I have only used so social media to a limited extent. I signed on to Facebook number of years ago but don’t use it very much. I signed up to telegram about five years ago. I signed up to Instagram more recently and find it is a quite a handy and relevant platform for small groups. Basically I’m an email person and are more focused on my PC than my mobile device.
On my local media site Nextdoor.co.uk I find local Social groups very useful for getting information that you need. Such information does not appear on the big search engines such as Google.
As an example I plan to meet someone at Bristol Airport and post this question ‘I have got to go to Bristol Airport to pick someone up. What is the latest on charges? What if they arrive late? Thank you.
Within hours I received the following
# At Silver Zone Carpark there is a free parking area for up to 1hr..I park up & wait for passengers to ring me to say they are ready in pick up area. I then drive into airport pick up area, I think you get 10 mins for £7.
# it is £6 to drop off and pick up
# they can catch the shuttle bus from main terminal to silverzone for free and meet you at the free car park. A lot less hassle
# or if you go to the short stay car park instead of the drop off one you get 30 minutes for six pounds
# they can get onto the silver zone free bus which will take them to the silver zone where you will be waiting. They run every 10 minutes. Hope that helps
# when my brother-in-law comes to pick me up he logs onto the flight tracker to see if there are any delays, then when I land and get through baggage claim my phone him and he picks me up from the quick drop area as I have limited mobility. It works for us
# You Can collect persons free if they jump on the free bus parked just outside of Departures. You can pick up for free if you head for the silver parking area but turn right to the free collection pick up area before you get there, this is where your brother in law will get of the bus which is a short walk away. The bus is on a continual run from airport to the parking
# I use the Flight tracker app, when the flight has crossed over the south coast it is usually good timing to go to the airport. There can be delays getting off the plane or collecting luggage in which case leave later. If you overstay your one hour in the waiting zone, near the Car rentals, it costs £10 for the next hour. There is no machine in the car park so you have to go to one in another car park (on the left as you drive in to free 1hr parking) If you get the bus to the airport by Car rentals make sure you get the bus back to car rentals not the Silver Zone.
What is really useful is that each respondent can see all the previous replies so they can add to them and not duplicate.
I find this user interface much more valuable than phoning up an official number or even looking on the Internet because with users you get the real up-to-date facts with no embellishment or hidden agenda. It is certainly worth a try.
