This is going to be one of those days where without any previous intention this is going to be a full diary. Today is the celebration of Samhein otherwise known as Halloween and we set off early to go to Glastonbury to enjoy the wonderful weather, the warmth, the sun, and the amazing people who turn up on these occasions. However, before that, I should mention that I wrote a preparatory paper in advance of meeting my friend for our scheduled meeting on Skype 1st November..
Normally I have questions or comments to make and he replied but this time I have decided to make some full notes, take the initiative, do what I can to understand the subject, which in this case is ‘what does it mean to be saved?’ Anyway, back to Glastonbury. The fine weather encouraged many people to turn up and the lower area was full of people by ten thirty which was well before the start of the official blessing ceremony at midday.
Prior to this we visited the museum of rural life in Glastonbury which had an exhibition running on the topic of weaving and how to prepare wool right from taking it off the sheep’s back. I highly recommend this exhibition because there is a very well done 20 minutes video of the whole process from beginning to end and it is done in an artistic and gentle way involving people who really gave their heart and soul to the topic.
During the time there I had a coffee and as is my wont I asked for a latte and either a leaf or a heart on the top froth. The lady serving said that she was an abstract artist and so I got an abstract drawing on the coffee top which I found very amusing and told her I would publish the image in my diary.
After I left the exhibition building we saw a couple of people who turned out to be mother and son sitting at a cafe table and I commented to them that the sun shone brightly on the mother’s hair and that would be a very good photograph. It turns out that the son was a medium and psychic and so we had a lot of talk about and had a lot in common including our mutual belief in the ‘injection vaccinations situation’.
On the way in I met a most remarkable lady who was dressed complete with horns amazing makeup and a bubbly personality. I was able to talk to her later and give my impressions of her amazing talents and potential contribution. I let my imagination and my intuition off the leash and say the most outrageous things which bearing in mind my complete lack of knowledge of the person you’re amazing especially as they take it. I get very accurate readings without knowing how it happens.
One thing they cant seem to get right is the Blessing talk by the Well at midday. Sometimes there is no loudspeaker because people forget it but this time there was a loudspeaker of sorts and although I was seated only about 20 meters away I could not hear what was being said. It is worth having a proper speaker set up not just a tinny little thing.
After the chalice will visits we usually walk through the town and we noticed a bed and breakfast institution that had a variety of horrifying figures outside. They had gone to great efforts including smoke effects.
What I enjoy most of all is speaking to complete strangers. I’m telling you this yet again at the risk of boring you to death, but I find just the right words to say and I seem to perk them up and give them encouragement and confidence. It is really weird but I find a certain familiarity with people I’ve never met before, I suppose that it’s because we are all members of the human race and so far as higher consciousness goes we are all ‘members one of another’.
