Hyper-realistic nudes

A busy weekend indeed. I went along to the Greater Reset conference in Bath which is for enlivened and enlightened minds to meet with similar people and to keep each other up to date with the latest development in what is really going on. It was organised at the Apex hotel which is a top of the range establishment with a spa and Conference meeting rooms. Over 18 hours of material was presented to us over three days but I’m going to start by saying that I went to a vintage art and craft event at the adjacent Green Park (an old railway station converted into a public area).

During a break I wandered around and I came across an amazing young lady called Jemima. The working title of her trading name is ‘Jammy Studios’ to which I took an immediate dislike bearing in mind the meaning of the  slang ‘jammy’ which has very little relevance to her work and comes from the slang word meaning having good luck. I immediately told her I was not impressed with the title but I was most impressed with her work. Something tells me that she will be successful but she has to find the right client group.

First I should say that although I am not an art critic I find that she has seized the subject and has indeed activated the theme “normalizing realities of the human body, one brush stroke at a time”. She has great courage and originality and I think she will go far. A challenge is that the works are large in size so you would need a fairly spacious house with vacant space on walls to offer these. I think London would be the place to sell them and I think this young lady has considerable potential. The work is so powerful and ‘in your face’ that people have to take notice. I would offer them to an art gallery though I don’t know how to do that.
