I went to my favourite eating establishment, Hartley's Kitchen'  which is in the middle of nowhere but surprisingly busy. Paul, the owner, takes great delight in serving the public and as a result has a local following second to none.  As we arrived, he was off to do a delivery to someone who could not come to the restaurant. You may ask, in these days of lockdown, how the restaurant is open....
